Eastern Dental is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leader to join their established, multi-specialty neighborhood practice as a Lead Dentist. This role involves comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a growing patient foundation, while also leading and mentoring other treatment doctors.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Educate patients and parents on treatment options and maintaining proper oral health
- Communicate with dental staff regarding comprehensive patient treatment plans
- Mentor and confer with Treatment Doctors on patient treatment
- Prescribe medications as necessary
- Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations
Requirements
- DDS or DMD Required
- Current, Active NJ Dental License to practice dentistry
- CDS license
- DEA license
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience at a dental practice
- Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire and ability to act as the clinical leader of a large multispecialty practice
- Friendly and professional demeanor
