This New Grad Land/Site Development role at BGE, Inc. offers an opportunity to learn and contribute to civil engineering projects within a structured mentorship environment, fostering career development and knowledge expansion.
Responsibilities
- Work on a team while learning and being mentored by BGE employees
- Attend specific events and training geared toward career development
- Work on assigned projects, meet deadlines, and expand knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a relevant discipline
- Passed or eligible to sit for the FE exam by the time of graduation (for Engineering disciplines)
- Strong proficiency with business software (MS Office)
- Ability to learn industry-specific software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong collaboration skills
- Willingness and ability to work in a BGE office
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or a relevant discipline
- New graduate, no prior experience mentioned beyond academic requirements.
