Join our growing land use group to help clients navigate complex regulatory compliance and approval processes for a diverse range of projects. This role combines legal expertise with strategic insight to secure entitlements, permits, and approvals for developers, property owners, investors, public agencies, and nonprofits.
Requirements
- Four to six years of solid land use and CEQA litigation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs
- California Bar membership in good standing
Qualifications
- Four to six years of solid land use and CEQA litigation experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with land use, administrative law, zoning, affordable housing, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Subdivision Map Act, historic preservation laws and the California Coastal Act
