Kronos Functional Consultant

About This Role

The Kronos Functional Consultant will optimize, configure, and integrate UKG/Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance requirements. This role focuses on timekeeping and may involve experience with the Kronos Activity Module.

Responsibilities

• Optimize, configure, and integrate UKG/Kronos WFM solutions
• Ensure alignment with operational and compliance requirements
• Gather requirements and deliver hands-on configuration solutions
• Perform end-to-end testing and troubleshooting in Kronos
• Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
• Provide expertise in HR and Payroll processes related to time and attendance
• Work with workforce data and reporting/analytics within Kronos
• Participate in system upgrades, new site rollouts, or global Kronos deployments

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant
• Deep understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, and compliance workflows in Kronos Dimensions
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver hands-on configuration solutions
• Experience in end-to-end testing and troubleshooting in Kronos
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes as they relate to time and attendance

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant, strong focus on timekeeping module.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the Kronos Activity Module
• Experience working with workforce data and reporting/analytics within Kronos
• Exposure to complex, multi-site or unionized US environments
• Project experience in system upgrades, new site rollouts, or global Kronos deployments
