About This Role

The Kronos Functional Consultant will optimize, configure, and integrate UKG/Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance requirements. This role focuses on timekeeping and may involve experience with the Kronos Activity Module.

Responsibilities

Optimize, configure, and integrate UKG/Kronos WFM solutions
Ensure alignment with operational and compliance requirements
Gather requirements and deliver hands-on configuration solutions
Perform end-to-end testing and troubleshooting in Kronos
Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination
Provide expertise in HR and Payroll processes related to time and attendance
Work with workforce data and reporting/analytics within Kronos
Participate in system upgrades, new site rollouts, or global Kronos deployments

Requirements

6+ years of experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant
Deep understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, and compliance workflows in Kronos Dimensions
Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver hands-on configuration solutions
Experience in end-to-end testing and troubleshooting in Kronos
Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes as they relate to time and attendance

Qualifications

6 to 8 years of experience as a Kronos (UKG) Functional Consultant, strong focus on timekeeping module.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with the Kronos Activity Module
Experience working with workforce data and reporting/analytics within Kronos
Exposure to complex, multi-site or unionized US environments
Project experience in system upgrades, new site rollouts, or global Kronos deployments
