Join a dynamic manufacturing and upfit team to build and assemble mobility products, contributing to automotive accessibility for individuals. This role involves kit assembly, quality control, technical drawing interpretation, and maintaining a high-efficiency workplace.
Responsibilities
- Pick, organize, and package parts according to Bills of Materials (BOM) or digital work tickets
- Inspect all components for defects and verify quantities to maintain zero-error production standards
- Interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings to identify specialized upfit hardware
- Adhere to 5S organizational standards to ensure a safe, high-efficiency workplace
- Communicate challenges or suggestions for process improvements to team members
- Meet daily production goals while adhering to scheduled timelines

Qualifications
- 1+ years in warehouse/manufacturing, or kit building/inventory control environments preferred, but not mandatory. Entry level welcome.
