Junior Technical Recruiter/Associate Consultant

About This Role

This role is for a Junior Technical Recruiter or Associate Consultant to help high-tech enterprises and VC-backed companies build effective teams. The position offers structured training to develop full-cycle recruitment skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for talent where others don’t, including engineers, researchers, and non-tech roles across domains like AI, embodied intelligence, infrastructure, hardware, and internet products
• Utilize LinkedIn, GitHub, academic networks, and AI-assisted tools for sourcing and market mapping
• Conduct real market and talent mapping
• Speak with candidates working on cutting-edge technologies or who are leaders in their domains
• Identify signals vs. noise in resumes, stories, and motivations to help senior recruiters assess candidates
• Move fast, follow up, unblock issues, chase feedback, and close gaps in the recruitment process
• Take ownership to improve processes, fixing issues or proposing better ways without waiting for permission
• Rapidly build knowledge across diverse technological domains
• Learn how companies actually hire and use internal AI tools and automation to work smarter

• Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information
• Enjoys talking to smart people and asking thoughtful questions
• Willing to work on-site in the San Jose office
• Strong English communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Any experience in recruiting, sales, consulting, or tech-adjacent roles is a plus
