Junior Marketing Specialist

About This Role

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen the Wurth brand, support product growth, and enhance market visibility, focusing on content creation, creative assets, and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the STEP database to maintain and organize product assets for catalogs, product information sheets, and marketing materials
• Ensure product attributes, images, and copy are accurate and aligned with system and catalog requirements
• Provide product data and supporting content for customer presentations, product launches, and internal projects
• Create and manage high-quality visual assets including product images, videos, packaging, labels, artwork, logos, brochures, flyers, and other print/digital materials
• Develop cohesive design concepts in partnership with internal teams and external agencies
• Serve as the brand gatekeeper to ensure consistent brand representation
• Administer and manage company social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Plan, create, and publish content that promotes brand awareness and product visibility
• Maintain and update digital signage (Magic Info Screen) with relevant marketing content

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or design-related role
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or related
• Experience with PowerPoint
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Curious, organized, and creative mindset
• Strong attention to detail and visual design
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams
• Excellent communication and time management skills

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or design-related role

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator
