Junior Compliance Analyst

About This Role

The Junior Compliance Analyst supports the compliance function by assisting with monitoring, reviewing, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role is ideal for an early-career professional seeking to build a foundation in regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and internal controls
• Support compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments
• Help maintain compliance documentation, logs, and records
• Assist with reviewing transactions, reports, and business activities for regulatory adherence
• Support the investigation and escalation of potential compliance issues
• Help track regulatory changes and assist with updating policies and procedures
• Prepare basic compliance reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
• Support compliance training and awareness initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information required for compliance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or a related analytical role
• Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance concepts
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated environment
• Ethical judgment and integrity

Qualifications
