This role will support the executive team by managing operations, coordinating HR, and improving processes. It involves acting as an administrative leader and a trusted liaison to ensure the leadership stays focused on strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate cross-functional schedules
- Organize multi-leg domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
- Support preparation of executive presentations, reports, board decks, and confidential communications
- Track and manage key project milestones, initiatives, and deliverables on behalf of senior leadership
- Coordinate leadership meetings, including agendas, logistics, documentation, and follow-up action plans
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and department leaders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on priorities
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to enhance operational efficiency and team cohesion
- Partner with HR leadership to assist with onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations
- Contribute to HR compliance initiatives, documentation, and policy updates
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in executive administration, project coordination, or human resources support roles
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, with executive-level polish
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in executive administration, project coordination, or human resources support roles.
