This role supports the Joint Rolling Team by hand-rolling infused and non-infused joints, performing pre-production and post-production steps, and assisting in packaging operations to ensure quality and accuracy in a fast-paced cannabis production environment.
Responsibilities
- Hand-rolling infused and non-infused joints with no machine assistance
- Handling pre-production and post-production steps for hand-rolled joints
- Assisting in other areas of Packaging as necessary
- Material preparation
- Sanitization of tools, workstations, and joint production areas
- Working collectively and respectfully with other team members
Requirements
- Prior joint rolling experience
- Capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods
- Able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and leadership
- Detail-oriented with an eye on process improvement and optimization
- Able to handle constructive feedback and coaching
Qualifications
- Prior joint rolling experience; 1 year experience in production or manufacturing is desired.
Nice to Have
- 1 year experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience and background in the cannabis industry
