About This Role

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the property, including trash removal and light maintenance. It involves operating various cleaning equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of trash and debris from the interior and exterior of the property
• Sweep, dust, and perform light maintenance duties
• Operate cardboard baler and trash compactors
• Operate various drivable carts and ride-on floor scrubbers
• Lift items up to 70 lbs. (average), occasionally up to 100 lbs. assisted
• Load and unload trucks
• Operate forklift and pallet jack
• Repair and maintain pallets and pallet inventory
• Operate light machinery

Requirements

• Ability to lift average 70 lbs., occasional 100 lbs. assisted
