About This Role

Reviews and analyzes information technology systems operations, determining user needs and requirements for an IVR domain. This role serves as the primary contact between users and engineering staff, identifying and tracking system issues.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations
  • Determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve systems
  • Serve as primary point of contact between users and engineering development staff
  • Identify, document, report, and track system issues
  • Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables
