This role involves building dream vacations and business travel arrangements using major vendors like Expedia, Disney, and Carnival Cruises. The specialist will determine customer needs, plan tour packages, and book reservations for various travel components.
Responsibilities
- Arrange travel for businesses, sports teams, vacations, and weddings
- Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
- Book reservations for travel, hotels, flights, rental cars, special events, and honeymoons
- Provide proper documentation to clients including authorization forms, flight tickets, and theme park tickets
- Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
Requirements
- Must have computer and/or cell phone
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision
