About This Role

This role is responsible for strengthening Englewood Hospital's relationships with surrounding physician groups by delivering IT solutions and support, focusing on customer relationships and assessing IT viability. This position requires significant travel within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen relationships with surrounding physician groups by delivering Englewood Hospital IT solutions
  • Develop strong customer relationships with physician offices
  • Interface with physician offices for IT needs
  • Install complex software in physician offices
  • Provide ongoing training to key customers
  • Assess current IT office solutions for viability

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience providing IT support in a hospital or healthcare environment
  • 2+ years of experience with desktop imaging solutions
  • 2+ years of project management, system implementation and support
  • 2+ years' experience working with anti-virus programs, memory management and other diagnostic utilities
  • 2+ years of experience with application deployment
  • 2+ years hands-on experience working with computers, laptops, printers, scanners, signature pads, mobile devices, faxes and other IT hardware
  • 2+ years of experience with Wyse clients, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop applications
  • 2+ years' experience working with Android and IOS
  • 2+ years' experience working with Desktop Management solution e.g., Manage Engine, Ivanti, SCCM
  • 2+ years' experience working with Asset management solution e.g., Ivanti, ServiceFocus
  • 2+ years' experience working with A/V equipment e.g. Zoom Rooms, Crestron, Advantech, Shure
  • Experience with desktop applications, including MS Office and SharePoint O365
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, initiate, document, troubleshoot, and organize
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of HIPAA and potential risk exposure for failure to comply

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support within a hospital or healthcare environment, desktop imaging, project management, system implementation, anti-virus programs, memory management, diagnostic utilities, application deployment, and with various IT hardware, Wyse clients, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Android/IOS, Desktop Management solutions, Asset management solutions, and A/V equipment.
