IT Product Owner

About This Role

Drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of digital products within payments, lending, and compliance technology for a leader in financial services. Collaborate with stakeholders, compliance, and developers to build scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant financial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for FinTech initiatives within financial services.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and technical deliverables for development teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Partner with engineering teams using Microsoft technologies to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize product performance and customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years Product Manager experience in FinTech or financial services
• Proven experience in both enterprise and startup environments
• Experienced with Microsoft’s .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and Power BI stack
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Enterprise-level financial systems experience
• Startup agility
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft development stack

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in FinTech or financial services.
