Coordinate projects across IT Infrastructure teams, focusing on a large user migration project involving Windows servers, desktop support, file storage, access management, and end-user device support. This role involves synchronizing workstreams, mapping project lifecycles, and providing regular status updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects across IT Infrastructure teams
• Run a large user migration project, collaborating with key stakeholders across IT infrastructure and security teams
• Synchronize workstreams across the project, including Windows servers and desktop support, file storage, access management/credentialing, and end user device support
• Map out the project’s lifecycle
• Serve as central project manager
• Provide regular status updates and communications to leadership

Requirements

• Experienced Project Manager in IT Infrastructure
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies
• Experience coordinating technical teams across multiple IT domains
• Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects with interdependencies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, GitLab, etc.)
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (networking, servers, cloud services)
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management
• Experience with change management processes in enterprise environments
