This role is a vital part of the production team, focusing on processing chemicals, granulating mixes, and preparing materials for irritant smoke products in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Process chemicals into mixes for smoke irritants
• Granulate mixes for pressing into various products
• Add starter compounds and prepare materials for further production
• Follow detailed work instructions and collaborate with supervisors for smooth operations
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Ensure all products meet quality standards with precision and care

Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Physical capability to stand for 8–10 hours
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move up to 100 lbs.
• Skilled hand-eye coordination for various tasks
• Flexibility to adapt to different duties and protective gear requirements
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
