Invoicer / Loader

About This Role

This role invoices, tags, and loads customer orders at a fast, accurate pace, ensuring safe and efficient loading of trailers and vehicles by manually lifting and stacking products.

Responsibilities

• Invoice, tag and load customer shipments in an accurate and timely manner
• Move product with pallet jack and hand truck
• Check out equipment and return in same condition
• Use Internal Operating System to verify accuracy of shipping details
• Meet production and accuracy standards and shipping deadlines
• Comply with all policies and standards

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
• Basic math skills in counting and quantity
• Ability to move product using a pallet jack and hand truck
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties
• Ability to learn Internal Operating System and operate Radio Frequency (RF) unit
• Strong attention to detail
• Comprehend verbal and written instructions
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Knowledge of internal operating system(s)
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
• Prior invoicing or shipping experience is preferred

Nice to Have

• Prior invoicing or shipping experience
• Experience with computers and RF scanning equipment
