This role involves accurately completing and auditing inventory-related tasks, servicing reservation entries, and managing inventory availability across various systems. The specialist will work with multiple departments and external contacts to ensure timely and accurate reservation bookings.
Responsibilities
- Complete required work accurately and timely, and audit the work of others
- Utilize various systems including Clarity, Voice, and SalesForce for daily tasks
- Support and collaborate with Sale Sites, Club departments, Field Inventory, and YM Call centers
- Receive and service all reservation entries in a timely manner according to department policy
- Process reservations and update available inventory in Clarity and Voice
- Update spreadsheets and systems to accurately make inventory available for booking
- Keep supervisor and/or manager updated on relevant issues
- Generate and record statistics
Requirements
- Beginner - Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to learn new applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
