About This Role

This role involves accurately completing and auditing inventory-related tasks, servicing reservation entries, and managing inventory availability across various systems. The specialist will work with multiple departments and external contacts to ensure timely and accurate reservation bookings.

Responsibilities

  • Complete required work accurately and timely, and audit the work of others
  • Utilize various systems including Clarity, Voice, and SalesForce for daily tasks
  • Support and collaborate with Sale Sites, Club departments, Field Inventory, and YM Call centers
  • Receive and service all reservation entries in a timely manner according to department policy
  • Process reservations and update available inventory in Clarity and Voice
  • Update spreadsheets and systems to accurately make inventory available for booking
  • Keep supervisor and/or manager updated on relevant issues
  • Generate and record statistics

Requirements

  • Beginner - Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to learn new applications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
