Inventory Control

About This Role

The Inventory Control I ensures data accuracy and efficient inventory management within the factory systems. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth operations by resolving discrepancies and supporting data collection.

Responsibilities

• Accurately collect, reconcile, and enter finished goods data into factory systems
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in production data and inventory reports
• Contact relevant departments to validate source data and ensure inventory accuracy
• Analyze production metrics like materials used, scrap/waste levels, and defect rates
• Support team members with data collection processes and software use
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment while following safety and food quality policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (strongly preferred)
• Strong typing skills and proven computer proficiency
• Attention to detail with basic math and data entry capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative attitude and a drive for accuracy and consistency

Qualifications
