Join Teleperformance Malaysia as a Bilingual Interpreter to facilitate communication between English and Mandarin speakers across various sectors. In this role, you will provide real-time interpretation for diverse conversations, ensuring accuracy, neutrality, and cultural sensitivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time interpretation via phone or video between English and another language (Mandarin)
- Ensure accurate, neutral, and culturally sensitive communication between speakers
- Handle calls across various sectors such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Travel, Law Enforcement, and more
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency (English at B2 CEFR level or higher + Mandarin)
- Strong listening, note-taking, and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm, objective, and neutral during conversations
- High attention to detail and ability to follow client instructions
- Ability to work from home permanently
- Relocation to Malaysia
