This internship, part of Novo Nordisk's Marketing & Patient Solutions group, focuses on integrating consumer insights, exploring new AI capabilities for market research reports within the obesity therapy area, and partnering with analytics teams to address business questions. The role contributes to developing human-centered experiences and strategies rooted in data and insights for healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the primary market research team to integrate consumer insights using existing data
- Explore new Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to enhance deliverables, including insights visualization and knowledge management of market research reports across the obesity therapy area
- Partner with analytics team members to develop approaches for capturing and addressing cross-team business questions
- Partner with the team in designing, planning, and execution of workshops
Requirements
- Current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than April 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree
- Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams
- Effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
- Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline
- Current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than April 2026) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline
