About This Role

This internship as a Data Science Integrated Insights intern involves extracting, cleaning, and transforming customer data to analyze behavior across various channels. The role supports segmentation and identifies trends and pain points to inform customer experience initiatives. Interns will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and transform customer data from multiple sources using SQL and Python
• Analyze customer behavior across channels (web, app, contact center, surveys) to identify trends and pain points
• Support segmentation and cohort analyses to understand differences in experience by customer group
• Run ad hoc analyses and A/B test result evaluations to measure the impact of CX initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into prioritized recommendations

Requirements

• Current student enrolled or recently graduated (May 2026 or later) from an accredited college or university
• Pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, numpy)
• Familiarity with key CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) and basic statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, A/B testing, confidence intervals)
• Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Conscientious self-starter with good organizational and project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities; must be able to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams
• Ability to operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
• Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Current student enrolled or recently graduated (May 2026 or later) from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree in Data Science or a related discipline

Nice to Have

• Completed or in progress undergraduate or graduate degree in Data Science or a related discipline
• Python visualization libraries (matplotlib, seaborn, plotly)
• Basic experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
