International Tax Manager

About This Role

This role is for an International Tax Manager in a global, high-growth technology organization, focusing on advanced electronics and next-gen connectivity. The manager will be involved in complex multinational tax work, directly influencing tax strategy, automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex U.S. Federal and international tax returns (1120, 1065, 5471, 8858, 8865, etc.)
• Support quarterly and annual ASC 740 provisions, including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and FTCs
• Prepare taxable income and tax basis calculations
• Monitor U.S. and international tax law changes and assess business impact
• Support tax planning, modeling, and implementation initiatives
• Assist with tax authority notices and audits
• Drive or support process improvements using automation and analytics tools
• Support M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and restructuring activities

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant tax experience (Big 4, regional firm, or multinational corporate tax)
• Strong U.S. Federal tax compliance experience, including complex transactions
• Hands-on U.S. international tax compliance experience (Forms 5471, 8858, etc.)
• Strong technical research skills with ability to clearly communicate conclusions
• Experience with tax and ERP systems (SAP, BPC, ONESOURCE, or similar)
• Analytical mindset and ability to navigate complex global structures

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant tax experience (Big 4, regional firm, or multinational corporate tax)

• CPA
• Master’s in Taxation
• Interest or experience in automation tools (Alteryx, Power BI, analytics platforms)
