The International Sales Manager will lead Swagelok Louisiana's expansion into Guyana, Trinidad, Suriname, and Venezuela, focusing on building sales capability, strengthening relationships, and growing market presence in high-opportunity energy regions. This hands-on role involves frequent international travel and directly contributes to shaping growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow sales efforts in Guyana, with broader regional scope over time
- Build in-country sales capability and strengthen agent and customer relationships
- Evaluate market approaches and help improve how we operate and execute
- Drive pipeline, execution, and brand presence in priority markets
- Work closely with leadership and internal teams in a high-visibility role
Requirements
- Experience as a sales leader or senior sales manager in industrial, oil & gas, chemical, or related markets
- Comfortable with regular international travel
