This internship provides an opportunity to learn and apply lean manufacturing ethics to optimize production processes and work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply lean manufacturing ethics to optimize production processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing production metrics to drive efficiency and productivity
- Facilitate the implementation of quality control measures to ensure product quality
- Participate in problem-solving activities to address production issues and minimize downtime
- Assist in daily operations and administrative tasks
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Conduct research and compile data for projects
- Support the development of marketing materials and presentations
- Shadow experienced staff members to learn about the industry
- Provide assistance in organizing events and activities
