The Intern, Global Experiences will support the Global Experiences department in planning and executing experiential initiatives and events to drive company growth and brand recognition. This role will assist with corporate events, sponsorships, and regional customer engagement activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with onsite events
- Assist with venue site visits
- Assist with the project management of customer engagement programs, including event details such as venue, decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, and promotional material
- Manage RSVP lists
- Assist with creative requests
- Manage inventory and ship swag to other offices and clients
Requirements
- Interest in event planning
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- G-Suite proficiency
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency
