Integration Specialist

About This Role

The Integration Specialist will join the TechOps team to develop and implement integration solutions, streamlining operations and enhancing data efficiency for Automation Alley. This role involves building custom applications and maintaining existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Utilize vibe coding and AI-assisted development techniques to accelerate solution delivery
• Develop and implement AI solutions for organizational initiatives
• Develop integration solutions using APIs, webhooks, and web services
• Integrate Zoho One applications with external systems, third-party platforms, and each other
• Build and configure custom applications and workflows
• Test, troubleshoot, maintain, and support integration systems while implementing updates and enhancements
• Provide technical guidance to end-users and team members
• Stay current with emerging integration technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Experience with AI tools and their application in development workflows
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Deluge, JavaScript, Python, PHP, HTML/CSS, or similar)
• Knowledge of API development, integration principles, webhooks, and web services
• Experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with project management systems (Trello, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for technology and dedication to continuous learning

Nice to Have

• Experience with vibe coding or AI-assisted development platforms (Replit, Base44, Claude, Cursor, Bolt, or similar)
• Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM systems
• Familiarity with the Zoho One suite
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator
