Lead an integrated marketing strategy to create a cohesive, audience-first experience across all marketing functions. This role involves orchestrating Brand, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Content, Field, and Customer/Ecosystem Marketing to drive awareness, pipeline, and advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Unified Marketing Plan, translating company and product strategy into a cohesive, integrated marketing roadmap.
- Drive orchestration across all teams, ensuring campaigns, programs, and content align to a unified audience experience.
- Set frameworks, rhythms, and KPIs that align execution across brand, content, PMM, demand gen, and customer marketing.
- Champion Audience-First Thinking by embedding empathy for the customer across all marketing functions and ensuring marketing touchpoints address audience needs.
- Drive Cross-Team Collaboration, partnering with Product Marketing, Field, Content, Brand, Revenue Marketing, and CX to build campaign narratives and GTM themes.
- Build Integrated Campaigns And Experiences, leading the development of cross-functional, multi-channel campaigns and designing flagship programs/event experiences.
- Measure, Learn, and Optimize by defining and tracking unified marketing performance metrics across the funnel and driving continuous improvement.
