The Intake/Sales Department Manager will lead and optimize Brooks Law's client conversion operations, overseeing the intake/sales team, refining workflows, and partnering with other departments. This role is crucial for driving firm growth by ensuring a professional and efficient prospective client experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop intake/sales staff, establishing clear performance expectations and accountability.
- Monitor and improve lead-to-consultation and consultation-to-sign rates by refining sales scripts and follow-up strategies.
- Build and maintain structured intake workflows, improving CRM usage and standardizing procedures to reduce errors.
- Track KPIs, produce regular performance reports, and analyze data to drive decisions and team accountability.
- Partner with marketing to align lead quality and messaging, and coordinate with legal teams on case fit and expectations.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing a sales, intake, or client-facing team
- Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
- Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, and performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a law firm intake/sales team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a law firm intake/sales team, or prior experience managing a sales, intake, or client-facing team.
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal intake, professional services, or high-volume sales environments
- CRM or pipeline management experience
- Ability to improve scripts, workflows, and systems
- Experience in fast-growth or scaling organizations
