The Intake Coordinator supports in-field professionals on user research studies by coordinating participant arrivals, guiding them through study protocols, and ensuring data reliability. This role involves interacting with clients, respondents, and the general public, and relies heavily on professional interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist a team of in-field professionals on user research studies
- Coordinate the timely arrival of all participants to the study
- Interact with clients, respondents, and the general public
- Efficiently guide participants through study protocols
- Ensure the reliability and consistency of the data collected
- Perform data entry of participant demographic details into a tracking system
- Book participants for appointments and check/confirm details, validate eligibility
- Collaborate with the project team to improve the participant’s experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dynamic and excellent attention to details
- Service oriented
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Based in one of our study locations (Los Angeles area)
- Right to work in the United States
- Ability to interact with people in a professional manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
