Serve as the initial point of contact for potential claimants seeking legal assistance for injury claims, guiding them through eligibility screening and assisting with the completion of initial forms to retain an attorney.
Responsibilities
- Build the initial claimant relationship and confidence in our firm with every prospective claimant interaction
- Engage in 150 – 200 calls per day in a professional inbound/outbound call center environment
- Consistently build the claimant relationship and confidence in our partners firms with every claimant interaction while proactively contacting claimants to ensure the relationship is maintained
- Solve problems and maintain confidentiality
- Keep updated records and detailed documentation of claimant interactions, concerns, and complaints in a paperless database system
- Use good judgment to discern urgent issues needing management attention immediately
- Meet occupancy and adherence goals
Requirements
- Call center or BPO experience
- Legal intake experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Empathetic and patient demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Ability to work remotely and manage time/tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Commitment to providing excellent client service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration) preferred
- Call center or BPO experience required; Legal intake experience required
