Insurance Inside Broker

About This Role

This role is for an experienced Inside Commercial Broker to join a top insurance wholesaler, providing essential support to Agents and Brokers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer service experience
• Assist with providing helpful and professional service and insurance needs to Brokers and Agents
• Renew lines of coverage and cross-sell
• Assist clients with billing questions, claims, and coverage questions
• Bind and check policies
• Request endorsements, claims, and marketing renewals

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Commercial Lines, Wholesale and/or Broker experience
• Active Property & Casualty License
• High level of expertise and commanding knowledge of insurance products, markets, ratings, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, carrier website navigation, and other software systems as needed
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Drive to offer superior customer service to clients and coworkers

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Commercial Lines, Wholesale and/or Broker experience
