About This Role

Drive sales performance and optimize CRM workflows for a B2B Inside Sales Manager role focusing on North America, supporting growth in retail, building management, and transportation industries by nurturing leads and expanding existing partner relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and expand existing relationships with long tail integration partners
  • Manage inbound leads
  • Execute the entire sales process from first contact to onboarding and fostering of allocated partners
  • Support annual budgeting and Rolling Forecasts on allocated accounts
  • Monitor and safeguard data quality in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Assist Office Manager in daily business as deputy
  • Conduct project-based tasks to support the sales process

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales or sales management
  • High affinity for technical products and indirect sales
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of managing leads and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • English Native speaker

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales or sales management
