Join InfuCare Rx as an Infusion Suite Nurse to provide specialized IV therapy and specialty pharmacy services to patients in a homecare setting. This role requires exceptional IV skills and attention to detail to monitor and advocate for patients.
Responsibilities
- Observe, interpret, and monitor patient’s condition, notifying appropriate personnel of any changes
- Act as the patient’s advocate
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve positive client care outcomes
- Discuss health care with patients, listen to their concerns, and relay information to the nursing team
- Administer IV therapy
- Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN NJ license
- At least 3 years’ experience as an RN
- Exceptional IV skills
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Current CPR
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Successfully pass annual competency checks
- Clean background and criminal record
- Pass drug test
Qualifications
- A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program
- At least 3 years' experience as an RN, ideally with some home care experience
