Act as the first-line response for user needs, assisting with general software and hardware questions while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Perform workstation setups, troubleshoot Office 365 issues, and install software.
Responsibilities
- Act as first-line response to user needs
- Assist users with general software and hardware questions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Perform workstation setup procedures
- Troubleshoot Office 365 issues
- Install software on computers
- Document standards, procedures, and definitions including metadata
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Knowledge and/or experience in MS Windows 10
- Knowledge and/or experience in Office 365
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with staff, elected and appointed officials, and the general public
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Two Years Related Experience Preferred
