Join a mission-driven private group practice as an independently licensed Psychologist in the DMV region. Provide accessible, high-quality, and culturally responsive care to clients across the lifespan.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy
- Conduct psychological testing for clients across the lifespan
- Engage in weekly peer consultation groups
- Participate in supervision opportunities
- Take on teaching and training roles for doctoral interns, externs, postdocs, and early career therapists
- Pursue leadership and management pathways
- Engage in community engagement and client workshops
- Provide corporate and organizational consultation
Requirements
- Independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland
- Passion for high-quality, compassionate mental health care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Local presence
Qualifications
- 3-5 years desired experience in clinical practice
Nice to Have
- Licensure in Washington, D.C. (priority given to those licensed across all jurisdictions)
- Experience working with diverse clientele
- Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends
- Willingness to work a hybrid schedule
