In Store Visual Merchandiser

About This Role

Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines for Prada stores in Beverly Hills, focusing on window and in-store displays to enhance brand image and increase sales. Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective product presentation and contribute to a luxury customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fit-outs based on defined timeframes, implementing guidelines from the Visual Merchandising Department and ensuring daily maintenance.
• Participate in fit-outs of other stores in the same city when required by the VM Manager and Store Manager.
• Cooperates with Retail Merchandising for implementation of fit-outs fostering customer traffic and sales growth.
• Be responsible for conducting city store visits and floor moves, including Topanga and Costa Mesa.
• Give the Store Manager and Department Managers guidelines on product display.
• Provide feedback on results obtained following fit-out implementations to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising Functions.
• Cooperate with Events and Promotional Activities for specific in-store events and press presentations.
• Cooperate with Client Service Development/VIC for display during private client appointments.
• Oversee prop and mannequin organization in partnership with in-store operations.
• Train new hires and team members on VM standards.
