Serve as an Implementation Analyst, leading the full implementation lifecycle of MeridianLink's software for initial and subsequent client deployments. Manage client expectations, meet timelines, and act as a liaison between clients and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand MeridianLink's licensed software and its capabilities
- Educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients
- Lead client innovation to develop and implement initiatives supporting clients’ goals
- Manage client onboarding activities including core connectivity and third-party integrations
- Facilitate interactions between clients and other MeridianLink departments
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations through deployment cycle
- Drive project resources toward project completion while providing proactive client service
- Ensure project resources meet expected timelines and organize tasks to maximize productivity
- Proactively identify issues and facilitate sensible resolutions before escalation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
