About This Role

This role is for a Quality Assurance Specialist to review physician medical reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. The specialist plays a critical role in supporting clients' business operations by ensuring reports meet high-quality standards and directly impacting client satisfaction and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of physician medical reports in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information and submit correction or clarification requests to physicians
  • Release completed physician reports to clients and all required parties
  • Provide high-level customer service, including regular status updates to clients
  • Perform administrative duties such as report follow-ups, addendum requests, and medical record retrieval
  • Ensure all reports meet client specifications, deadlines, and applicable state statutes
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
  • Assist in supporting and advancing the objectives of the IME Division
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail to minimize financial and operational risk

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Ability to follow detailed client-specific instructions
  • Commitment to confidentiality and data security

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of customer service experience required. Healthcare or medical administrative experience preferred. Quality assurance or report review experience strongly preferred.
