Manage and grow key client relationships in the Boiler industry, driving revenue growth by delivering value-added solutions to high-value clients. This role involves full sales cycle management, strategic account planning, and cultivating executive-level relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic Boiler accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with client goals and internal growth objectives
- Identify long-term opportunities and coordinate resources to deliver Boiler solutions
- Lead the full sales cycle including discovery, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and close
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain deep knowledge of Boiler systems, building automation, energy efficiency solutions, and industry trends
- Identify opportunities to expand business across multiple offerings like service agreements, equipment upgrades, and digital solutions
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates, tracking account performance and preparing reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience and/or industry knowledge
- Proven success managing large or enterprise accounts
- Deep experience in the Boiler industry
- MS Office proficiency
- Salesforce proficiency
- NetSuite proficiency
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience and/or industry knowledge required. Proven success managing large or enterprise accounts.
