I-Corps Cohort Manager (Student Hourly)

About This Role

Manage the KU NSF Regional I-Corps cohort program, assisting program leaders with setup and execution of training for teams focused on technology entrepreneurship and commercializing innovations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for each cohort
• Handle professional communications with cohort teams
• Manage Zoom interfaces during cohort meetings
• Work with KU I-Corps program leaders on team selection
• Track cohort team completion of deliverables
• Respond to I-Corps-related emails in a timely fashion
• Set up interview times with potential cohort teams
• Coordinate with team on cohort stipend payment schedules

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in organizing events
• Demonstrated experience using a Learning Management System (e.g., Canvas)
• Demonstrated experience writing professional communications
• Enrolled in no fewer than 6 credit hours during the semester term of appointment, or meet specific summer enrollment criteria for student hourly employees.

Nice to Have

• Undergraduate degree
• Previous experience managing a Learning Management System
