About This Role

Lead and establish a new HVAC division for an established electrical contractor, performing service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform HVAC service and maintenance on residential systems (light commercial included)
Serve as the company’s official TDLR HVAC license holder for service and maintenance work
Provide technical guidance and assist in establishing HVAC standards and processes
Play a key role in hiring and mentoring future HVAC technicians
Collaborate with leadership on expansion planning and strategic growth
Ensure compliance with Texas TDLR regulations and uphold safety and industry best practices
Represent the company with professionalism and strong customer-facing skills

Requirements

Active TDLR Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (ACR) License in Texas (Class A or B)
Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance

Qualifications

Experienced HVAC Lead Technician
