Human Resources/Admin Director - Bilingual

About This Role

The HR Director will develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals and ensure compliance. This role oversees all aspects of human resources management for a multi-national biotech organization in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate comprehensive HR functional expertise in talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations
• Design and implement effective HR policies and frameworks
• Lead recruitment efforts by developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
• Utilize data-driven methods to attract and retain top talent across multiple functions
• Understand labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and contract management to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks
• Utilize HR analytics to support strategic workforce planning and drive organizational performance
• Cultivate and promote a strong, values-driven workplace culture that enhances employee engagement
• Foster effective communication with senior leadership, business units, and employees
• Lead change management initiatives and facilitate the smooth implementation of HR policies
• Manage complex negotiations related to compensation, vendor agreements, and employee relations

Requirements

• 10 years work experience
• More than 5 years team management experience
• Manage team subordinates more than 21
• Lifescience industry, IVD preferred
• Less than 7 companies (no consulting experience)
• Mandarin Speaking

Qualifications

• 10 years work experience with more than 5 years of team management experience

Nice to Have

• OSHA certified
• SHRM certified
