Human Resources Information System Analyst

About This Role

The Human Resources Information System Analyst will configure, enhance, and maintain the UKG Pro HRIS system. This role supports core HR functions including benefits, compensation, and performance management, and is crucial for optimizing HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administration of employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), FSAs)
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for benefit processes
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in benefit processes
• Set up and maintain offer letter templates within UKG Pro
• Manage PTO configuration within UKG Pro
• Support life events such as new hires electing benefits through the system
• Implement new time and attendance system for hourly associates
• Complete modifications and configuration changes within UKG Pro

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience with backend configurations within UKG Pro
• 3+ years experience with benefits administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience working on backend configurations within UKG Pro and 3+ years of experience with benefits administration
