HR/Office Manager

About This Role

Manage HR functions and office operations for a home care agency, including caregiver recruitment, scheduling, and client coordination. Utilize a healthcare background to support caregivers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire hiring process for caregivers, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure adequate coverage for clients’ needs
• Conduct orientations for new caregivers, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed about company policies and procedures
• Oversee day-to-day office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office organization
• Act as a liaison between clients and caregivers, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction on both sides
• Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide support and guidance to caregivers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements

• CNA or HHA certification or equivalent experience in healthcare
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of caregivers and clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR, office management, or scheduling is preferred.
