Manage HR functions and office operations for a home care agency, including caregiver recruitment, scheduling, and client coordination. Utilize a healthcare background to support caregivers and clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire hiring process for caregivers, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure adequate coverage for clients’ needs
- Conduct orientations for new caregivers, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed about company policies and procedures
- Oversee day-to-day office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office organization
- Act as a liaison between clients and caregivers, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction on both sides
- Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide support and guidance to caregivers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements
- CNA or HHA certification or equivalent experience in healthcare
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of caregivers and clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR, office management, or scheduling is preferred.
