This role supports the National Council and Local Council commissioned initiatives by leading and coordinating strategic HR projects. It focuses on driving operational excellence through structured execution, data-informed decision-making, and continuous improvement methodologies within the HR environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of HR projects (e.g., talent programs, policy rollouts, HRIS upgrades for Talent)
- Develop project plans, timelines, communication strategies, risk registers, and change management plans
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment of project goals with business priorities
- Facilitate project meetings, gather requirements, track progress, and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure consistent documentation and adherence to project management standards
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools to track key talent metrics
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; prepare actionable insights for HR leadership
- Partner with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems
- Support workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and talent reviews using data-driven models
- Evaluate existing HR processes and recommend improvements based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in human resources, project management, or HR operations roles
- Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Strong skills in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Experience with HR metrics, data analytics, and workforce reporting
- Proficiency with Excel, HRIS reporting tools, and project management tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Power BI, Jira, Asana)
- Pass a criminal history background check
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5 years of experience in human resources, project management, or HR operations roles including experience building dashboards
