HR Operations Specialist

About This Role

The Global HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting HR systems, processes, and data integrity across the employee lifecycle at Stratasys, a leader in 3D printing. This role involves managing accurate employee records, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with various HR teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and data within the HRIS systems with accuracy
• Execute on all HR transactions, such as onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and reclassification within the HRIS and other business systems
• Ensure that all employee personnel files are maintained and up to date according to business record retention policies
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll & IT teams to evaluate & execute effective HR Operations processes and systems
• Coordinate communication of onboarding between the Talent Acquisition team, HRBP, manager & new employee to ensure a positive new hire experience
• Execute the operational aspects of on-boarding newly hired and acquired employees including communication, background checks & drug testing, offer letters, data entry, and new hire paperwork tracking
• Administer all operational aspects of the off-boarding process including HRIS record updates, filing employee paperwork, payroll reporting, and severance tracking
• Support or lead Global Projects related to HRIS, HR process, and compliance, including M&A activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or related HR functions
