This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR IT Recruiter and HR Executive. The role focuses on full-life cycle recruiting for IT talent, ensuring compliance, and supporting other HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-life cycle recruiting processes including screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Source and hire talent in the IT field
- Coordinate technical recruitment efforts
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain accurate recruitment records
- Assist with other HR-related functions as needed
Requirements
- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Strong skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
- Experience in hiring processes and candidate evaluation techniques
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
