This role involves the administration, technical implementation, and ongoing support of HR systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the global HR function. The HR Analyst will be a key technical resource for system maintenance, data integrity, and supporting HR operations through system configuration and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and expertise in areas such as reporting, benefits, payroll, core HR, talent management, time & attendance, compensation, and learning within HR systems
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues, tracking and documenting software issues for timely resolution
- Evaluate current HR processes, tools, and systems, providing recommendations for enhancements and simplification
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and deliver training materials and sessions for system adoption and efficiency
- Research, design, and manage standardized and ad hoc reports and data queries to support business needs
- Monitor and oversee system integrations, resolving errors to ensure seamless data flow
- Develop functional specifications and configure systems based on user needs, conducting thorough testing of new features and upgrades
- Support change management activities
- Stay informed of product releases and new system functionalities, evaluating and implementing benefits for the organization
- Develop strategic relationships with business users to understand internal customer needs and recommend system improvements
Requirements
- Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience in HR systems, or 1+ year with a relevant degree (HR, Business, IT)
- Solid written/verbal communication, customer service, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Firm time-management, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective internal customer/business partner relationships
- Skilled at reporting, data review, identifying trends, and troubleshooting routine issues
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies
- Proficient with Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
- Proficient with various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Ability to identify opportunities for optimization
Qualifications
- Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience, or 1+ year with a relevant Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- UKG Pro and/or WFM experience
